​We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all Turf Table orders within the continental United States.​​

Order Processing​

Each Turf Table is built with care. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Estimated Delivery

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is missing parts, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and make it right.

30-Day Risk Free Returns​

We want you to love your Turf Table. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be in good condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • All original components and accessories should be included whenever possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

2-Year limited warranty

Every Turf Table is backed by our 2-Year Limited Warranty, beginning on the original date of purchase.

If your product experiences a manufacturing defect during normal residential use, we'll work with you to resolve the issue by:

  • Repairing the product

  • Replacing defective components or the product

  • Providing another appropriate solution at our discretion

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal intended use.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper assembly or storage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by commercial use outside the product's intended purpose
